I saw this Persian poem somewhere (I don’t know who the poet is) and couldn’t help writing it here:
“You understand me
I want you and this is the simplest story of a human
You call me
I know you as the purest poem of the time
And also you know it
… that you’ll stay in my heart forever”
Tonight after 3 years of living in No.10 Downing Street, Gordon Brown accompanied by his wife Sarah came out and said he was going to offer his resignation to the Queen and recommend David Cameron as the next British Prime Minister.
Personally, I don’t like to see the political figures go, like I’ve got used to seeing them on TV screens! Moreover, it’s been a matter of interest to me to know what’s really on their mind and how they feel while announcing the resignation. Sense of sadness? Relief? Or maybe nothing!
Anyway, let’s see how Tories and Liberal Democrats can get along and form a government together while they have different policies and proposals to a large extent!
